Breathwork is a powerful practice that connects you to the inner wisdom of your body. It is one of the most effective detox, both physically and emotionally. This the reason you end up feeling lightness and freedom. It opens your heart and makes you ready for deep change.
Active meditation technique
Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation technique. It's a two-part breath (unlike anything you've done in yoga) that goes into the belly and then into the chest, both inhaling and exhaling through the mouth. The continuous and connected movement of the breath releases stuck energy and emotional blockages.

Each time you breathe, the experience is a little different depending on where you find yourself on your path. You discover how powerful you are by nature, and that everything is already here, within yourself.
